    So basically, when my head touches the roof when I stand up I'm "in" something like in the car. But when my head doesn't touch the roof I'm on something, like "on the bus / on foot / on the bike"

    Would you say that "we travel in a car" or "I travel on the train" are examples of mistakes made, or just very uncommon? The examples come from the English-language test answers. Again... mistakes, or a rare use? Thanks!
